From Italy we hear Chris Dyer – formerly Michael Schumacher’s and Kimi Räikkönen’s race enginer- is bound to leave Ferrari… for Mercedes Grand Prix.

If he goes to Mercedes, they have more chances to fight for the championship. As we can see this year in Ferrari, when he assumed Baldissieri’s place, the strategy mistakes and Ferrari, in general, was better. And he is one of the best (maybe the best) engineer of the grid.
