
Nico Terol continued his domination of the MotoGP 125cc world championship in damp conditions at Jerez with a second straight win, after battling much of the race with his Aspar team-mate Hector Faubel, but with the 2007 series runner-up crashing on the final lap. This handed P2 to German rider Jonas Folger and allowed Johann Zarco to score a podium finish.
