First pole position of the season for ARTA NSX driver Ralph Firman for the final Japanese Super-GT race at Motegi. Standings leader Satoshi Motoyama (MOTUL AUTECH GT-R) will start from 5th position on tomorrow’s grid and can clinch the title if his team finishes 2nd or 1st in Sunday’s race, but with the 2nd ranked team of Juichi Wakisaka and André Lotterer (PETRONAS TOM’S SC430) having qualified for the front row – just 1/100 slower than Firman – it’s going to be an exciting showdown during the 250Km race.
