Being noisy and spectacular isn’t all our sport is required to be in the future. As climate changes have become apparent with often tragic consequences, it won’t be long until motor sport will be among those activities under close scrutiny by governments and – more importantly – by the public’s perception.

Wouldn’t it be good if motor sport had a bigger role in being a test bench for new and exciting technologies? Wouldn’t if be great if, as result of new and more stringent tech rules new technical developments would arise that have a significant impact in the planet’s CO2 balance?

We have a story on the latest developments regarding future Formula One engine concepts, plus, of course, all the racing action from the weekend, including Jorge Lorenzo’s stunning MotoGP win, beating the favored Hondas ind Ducati’s backyard. This and much more racing can be found all over the following pages.

85 pages pages of motor sport coverage from around the globe are waiting for you in issue no. 23.
